1. Information We Collect

Required information of a general nature
When dealing with customers – we collate business addresses and contact details. They are used for delivery information purposes and to market future products. Information at this level is classified as confidential and is kept in a secure database. You are able, at any time, to ask to have your details removed from this database and you are able to review any information that CJB Media holds about you.
Transaction Information
Payments to CJB media can be made by BACS transfer, Cheque, PayPal or via the phone using a credit or debit card.  When you give your card details to us, we ask you to provide information related to each transaction, consisting of the amount of the transaction, the name printed on the card, the card number, and the expiry date and security code. We also ask for your e-mail address to confirm that payment has been authorised. CJB Media do NOT retain your card information once the transaction is complete.
Website Traffic Information
Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the CJB Media website, we automatically receive the ip address of the site that you came from. We also collect information on which pages of our website you visit while you are on the CJB Media site, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you access our website. We use this information to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service and your experience with CJB Media.
Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including emails, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from CJB Media to you. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

2. Our Use and Disclosure of Information

We may store your personal information if supplied to us. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, customer experience. You agree that we may use your personal information to:

Disclosure to Third Parties
CJB Media will not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable account information to third parties.
"Account information" includes: name, address, e-mail, telephone number, IP address.
As with any other business, it is possible that CJB Media in the future could merge with or be acquired by another company. If such an acquisition occurs, the successor company would have access to the information maintained by CJB Media, including customer account information, but would continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy unless and until it is amended.
Our Contacts with Customers
We communicate with customers from time to time via email to provide requested services, such as quotations and we also communicate by phone to resolve customer queries.
